Prior to full-time pastoral ministry Don for 33 years owned and operated a company specializing in the consultation and the administration of Employee Benefit Plans. Don received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Christian Education from Biola University, a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Christian Counseling Psychology from Southwest Bible College & Seminary. Don and his wife Lauri have been married for 42 years, they are parents to 3 adult daughters and the grandparents to 8 grandchildren 5 girls and 3 boys.
